This policy applies to all permanent makeup & lash services at NP Brows & Lashes.
Once a booking is confirmed, our team dedicates the reserved time exclusively to you and begins preparing the necessary materials and setup in advance.
If a client changes their mind and decides not to proceed with the procedure, an 85% service fee will be applied. This fee reflects the time reserved for you and the cost of materials that have already been prepared and cannot be reused.
Please understand that every booking time slot is allocated to one client only. When a last-minute cancellation or change of mind occurs, we are unable to accommodate other clients who may have wished to book that same time.
