For all lash extension services, only 1 refill is allowed within 14 days (2 weeks) of your initial appointment. After this period or if a 2nd refill is requested, your next visit will be treated as a new full set.
This policy maintains lash hygiene, balanced styling and healthy retention. Since your natural lashes naturally shed, older extensions can become uneven and harder to maintain. Refilling an aged set can stress your natural lashes and compromise the final look.
