- Situations where the desired outcome is unrealistic or cannot be achieved safely.
- Failure or refusal to follow our consultation, pre-care, aftercare, or salon policies.
- Abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating, or otherwise disrespectful behaviour towards our team or other guests.
- Any conduct that compromises the safety, comfort, wellbeing, or experience of our clients and staff, or disrupts the operation of our clinic.
Our decision to refuse or discontinue service is never made lightly. Whenever appropriate, we will communicate our reasons professionally and respectfully. While every client has the freedom to choose the service provider that best meets their needs, we equally reserve the right to determine whether we are the right fit for a client.
