Step 1: Get your code
We will send a unique code to your WhatsApp or Zalo number at checkout (make sure to provide us correct phone number or simply scan our QR code for Zalo users)
Step 2: Share code
Once you receive your code, it is time to spread the word about it to those who are likely to be interested in the services at NP Brows & Lashes
Step 3: Use code
Your friends are required to present us your referral code when making a reservation or upon arrival for their appointment.
Step 4: Receive your reward
Expecting to collect your reward at the beginning of the following month.
Our Referral Program begins from October 15, 2025 with no expiry date so please do not forget to get your code next time you are at NP Brows & Lashes and start spreading because ‘Sharing is caring’.
Terms & Conditions
- As a referral program member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to the following Terms & Conditions for NP Referral Program.
- A qualified referral is defined as a purchase made at NP Brows & Lashes by a person (a “Referred Customer”) by using your referral code.
- One referral code is uniquely generated and limited to one customer.
- Referral Rewards: Referrer earns 10% of the service fee of the Referred Customer.
- Reward Payment: Rewards are payable at the beginning of the following month, based on the number of Referred Customers accumulated. If there is no redemption, the rewards will automatically expire one year from the 15th of the following month.
- The Referred Customer writes a review on NP Brows & Lashes Google & Fan Page and show NP Team at checkout.
- The Referred Customer and Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using different identifications, phone numbers, email addresses).
- Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Referral program cannot be used by businesses.
- Referral program is not compatible with other ongoing promotions.
- NP Brows & Lashes reserves the right to close the account(s) and refuses payment to any Referrer and/or Referred Customer if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the NP Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions.
- NP Brows & Lashes reserves the right to cancel our NP Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
- In the event of disputes, NP Brows & Lashes’ decision will be final.
