Engage in our festive Lucky Draw for a chance to secure an EXTRA discount of up to 15% in addition to your initial 15% off! However, please note that the maximum discount for Lips done by Nhung Phan is 20% off!

To secure your discount, a fixed deposit of 1,000,000VND is required, followed by confirmation from the NP Team. Once the deposit is secured, NP Brows will reserve the promotion for up to 2 months so you can find a suitable time slot.

To ensure excellent service and quality, we limit our clients to 4 clients/day, on a first-come, first-served basis.

**Terms & Conditions:

Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This Promotion commences at 09:30AM on December 05 and concludes at 09:00PM on December 25, 2023.
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion and secure a spot, a non-refundable deposit of 1,000,000VND must be in place.
Payment terms:
- Cash
- Bank transfer (TT)
One deposit is limited to one customer per reserved slot.
Deposit is required to be made and verified by NP Brows & Lashes prior to appointments, otherwise, the promotion redemption is voided.
Upon placing the deposit, the client qualifies for a 15% discount on all PMU services. On the procedure day, the client takes part in the Lucky Draw to stand a chance to win 1 of 3 prizes:
- Additional 5% discount: Applied to all PMU services.
- Additional 10% discount: Applied to all PMU services, except for PMU Lips performed by Ms. Nhung Phan.
- Additional 15% discount: Applied to all PMU services, except for PMU Lips performed by Ms. Nhung Phan.
To ensure providing excellent service as well as quality, we limit our clients to 4 clients/day.
A reservation is considered as “No Show” if the customer cannot be contacted within thirty (30) minutes unless otherwise provided by an adequate notice (3 hours advance notice).
Deposits are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
Please be mindful that our daily slots are limited, any reserved slot is marked off and scheduled just for you. Therefore, customers who no longer wish to receive the service due to change of mind or plans, are considered as forfeiting their deposits.
Customers who missed their reserved appointments 3 consecutive times or fail to give 3-hour cancellation notice to cancel your scheduled appointment; you are agreed to forfeit your deposit.
The promotions are non-transferable and non-interchangeable once the deposit is in place.
Services that are eligible for Christmas Promotion 2023:
- Eyebrows: Ombre shading (Dazzle Brows™, Sandy Brows®), Hybrid Satori and Hairstrokes (Satori Technique™)
- Lips: Luscious Lips™ and Luminous Lips™
- Eyeliner: Eyeliner Enhancement (Classic Eyeliner), Ombre Eyeliner (Luminous Eyeliner™, Amore Eyeliner™)
1 free touch-up is included and non-refundable. In the event customers missed their scheduled touch-up booking, an additional fee will be applied for the following appointment:
- 2 months after the initial booking: 50% of the original service fee
- 4 months after the initial booking: 75% of the original service fee
- 6 months after the initial booking: Considered as a new service
Promotion cannot be combined and is not compatible with other ongoing programs.
Promotion does not apply to laser removal combos (eyebrows, lips and eyeliner, etc.)
NP Brows & Lashes reserves the right to cancel our promotion or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
In the event of disputes, NP Brows & Lashes’ decision will be final.
