**Terms and Conditions:

To secure a spot, a non-refundable deposit is required as follows:
- Permanent Makeup: 1,000,000VND
- Lashes: 150,000VND
Payment terms:
- Cash
- Bank transfer (TT)
One deposit is limited to one customer per reserved slot.
Deposit is required to be made and verified by NP Brows & Lashes prior to appointments, otherwise, the promotion redemption is voided.

To ensure providing excellent service as well as quality, we limit our clients per day as follows:
- Permanent Makeup: 8 clients/day
- Eyelash Extensions: 10 clients/day
- Last Lift: 5 clients/day

A reservation is considered as “No Show” if the customer cannot be contacted within thirty (30) minutes unless otherwise provided by an adequate notice (3 hours advance notice).
Deposits are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
Customers who missed their reserved appointments 3 consecutive times or fail to give 3-hour cancellation notice to cancel your scheduled appointment; you are agreed to forfeit your deposit.
The promotions are non-transferable.
Service exchange is subject to NP Brows & Lashes’ exchange policy (E.g.: Permanent Makeup exchanges Lash services and vice versa).
Services that are eligible for Christmas Promotion:
- Eyebrows: Dazzle Brows™, Sandy Brows®, Microblading, DazzBlading™, Satori Hairstrokes Technique™ and Eyebrows Correction
- Lips: Luscious Lips™ and Luminous Lips™
- Eyeliner: Classic Eyeliner, Luminous Eyeliner™ and Amore Eyeliner™
- Eyelashes: Classic eyelash extensions, Volume eyelash extensions and Lash lift
Promotion cannot be combined and is not compatible with other ongoing programs.
The Lucky Spin is limited to one spin per customer. In the event that the customer has multiple appointments during the time period the event takes place, only one spin will be accepted.
The customer will be notified of their winning immediately after spinning the wheel in the form of a voucher.

Vouchers are available on a while stocks last basis. In the event that the customer spin on the out of stock vouchers, this will count as a no win.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
NP Brows & Lashes will not approve any requests for changing the won voucher.

NP Brows & Lashes reserves the right to cancel our promotion or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
In the event of disputes, NP Brows & Lashes’ decision will be final.
